The Sandy Springs Society Entertainment Lawn occupies 14,000 square feet at the corner of Sandy Springs Place and Bluestone Road , one block off Roswell Road in the heart of Sandy Springs.
The lawn features terraced seating levels, a semicircular, permanent concrete stage and native landscaping overlooking the Sandy Springs Historic Site and Park and the Williams-Payne House Museum at the site of the original “sandy springs.” Completed in June 2007, the space is embellished with real stone, blending natural beauty with rustic charm to create a multi-purpose, outdoor area for the public to enjoy.
With a capacity of 1,000 people, the picnic-style environment is suitable for lawn chairs and blankets or more formal seating with tables and chairs. The venue is ideal for musical and theatrical performances, company parties, fundraisers, weddings and more.
The site is fully ADA accessible, with a sidewalk connecting the lawn to the property's adjacent property. Here, restrooms, a dressing room and a galley kitchen are available.
