2009 Dates: Saturday, September 26 and Sunday, September 27

Sandy Springs Festival is a yearly fundraising event benefiting Heritage Sandy Springs, a non-profit organization serving North Fulton and other nearby communities. The two-day event features live entertainment, children's rides, heritage education, artists market, collector car show, food court and more! The event kicks off with the Doug Kessler Lighting 10K/5K road race, a Peachtree Road Race qualifier. Sandy Springs Festival supports the mission and activities of Heritage Sandy Springs by fostering a community-wide tradition.

We added several new, exciting features to the 2008 Festival. This year, attendees were treated to the Comcast Tailgate area, a parking shuttle service provided by Cooper Atlanta Transportation, the GACHIP (Georgia Child Identification) program provided by Georgia Freemasonry and an unforgettable performance by The Mighty Tams Saturday night after the Festival!
