Hands-on heritage crafts are a great way to extend the learning experiences of our tours and classroom activities. Craft activities are typically conducted in lieu of the introductory video during a tour program. It is also sometimes possible for us to join your group at your facility. Examples of available heritage craft activities include Native American coil pottery, corn shuck dolls, butter churning, gourd crafts, and pine cone bird feeders. We can often tailor activities according to the needs of your particular group, so please ask! A nominal fee per child helps defray costs associated with these activities
